We collect: contact details, account info, payment details (via secure gateway), device/usage data, communications, and web analytics data (Microsoft Clarity heatmaps), email engagement data, and advertising platform data from Meta/Google.

How We Use Your Personal Information

POPIA Lawful Basis: We process your information only under: (1) your consent, (2) contract performance, (3) legal obligation, or (4) legitimate interests.

Purposes: Order fulfillment (contract), marketing (consent), analytics & UX improvement (consent + legitimate interest), security & fraud prevention (legitimate interest), customer service (contract).

How We Store Your Personal Information

Stored on Shopify servers (US-based). Protected under POPIA Section 19 safeguards with equivalent GDPR protections.

How We Disclose Personal Information

To: payment processors, delivery partners, Microsoft Clarity, Klaviyo (email), Meta/Google (advertising), legal authorities where required.

Web Analytics & Microsoft Clarity

Microsoft Clarity analyzes how you use our Site. It collects heatmaps, session recordings (masked), technical/behavioral data. It does NOT collect passwords or payment details.

We use Clarity to optimize UX, identify friction points, and prevent fraud. Data retention: session recordings deleted after 30 days; heatmaps retained indefinitely.
